Best known for her roles for Marina Cooper on the soap show Guiding Light and Marcy Bender in the soap opera Dawson's Creek. Her appearance was on two episodes of Showtime's Weeds with Mary Louise Parker. Her most well-known roles include her role in the role of Judy Kramer in Point Pleasant which aired in 2005 that aired on Fox and as Marcy Bender in Dawson's creek. On the Guiding Light soap production, Dollar portrayed Marina Cooper. This role has earned her an award nomination by Soap Opera Digest in 2003 for Outstanding Newcomer. Dollar appeared as Cindy Thomas in the ABC series Women's Murder Club from 2007-2008. The actress was on NBC's 2012 Pilot Happy Valley but it was not aired.
